Shawn, Katie & Belle spent Thanksgiving exploring their new home state, California. During the extended weekend they visited Pinnacles National Monument, Santa Cruz, Half Moon Bay (and the famous Mavericks big-wave surf spot), Monterey Bay, Hearst Castle, and Cambria. During their trip, they saw some amazing man-made and natural sights including lighthouses, landscapes and wildlife. The most beautiful landscape views were seen along the Big Sur section of the Pacific Coast Highway. The wildlife seen included sea lions, harbor seals, and elephant seals.
